The Story

The Berwyn Route 66 District along Ogden Avenue represents one of the best-preserved urban stretches of the Mother Road. Unlike rural sections, this corridor shows how Route 66 developed through Chicago's western suburbs.

Vintage neon signs, classic architecture, and longtime businesses create an authentic Route 66 atmosphere. The district includes antique malls, classic car shops, and restaurants that have served travelers for decades.
