The Story
Former home of Archibald Bulloch, Georgia's first president (1776-77) and great-great-grandfather of Theodore Roosevelt. Bulloch died under mysterious circumstances in 1777, possibly poisoned by Loyalists. The house was demolished in the 19th century. Roosevelt visited Savannah to see his ancestor's city.
