Considered the most haunted house in Savannah. When Jim Williams (of "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil") moved the house to this location in 1963, workers reported a worker killed during relocation, levitating objects, and a strange figure in a bowtie. An attempted exorcism by the Episcopal Bishop of Georgia failed. Still a private residence.
