Steve Crane's Chicago tiki palace inside the Sheraton. Opened August 6, 1962. Five themed Pacific-port dining rooms (Papeete, Saigon, Singapore, Macao, Honolulu) with waterfalls and tiki gods. Closed 1986 for hotel renovation; InterContinental opened 1990.
