Magnificent Mile landmark French restaurant. Jacques Fumagally (Ritz Paris/Sevilla Biltmore Havana trained) opened 1928 on Delaware, moved 1935 to 900 N Michigan. Three dining rooms, modernistic cocktail lounge, summer-terrace garden. 48 years; closed 1983 before the current 900 N Michigan tower (1989).
