The story

Unlike Roughlock Falls, which requires a hike into a side canyon, Bridal Veil Falls drops roughly 60 feet directly within the main canyon and is visible from a roadside pullout on US-14A, with a crosswalk to a viewing platform. Its name comes from the thin, veil-like sheet of water spreading across the rock. Flow is heaviest in spring and thins by late summer. It sits along the same corridor the historic 1893-1933 Burlington railroad once ran through.
